I am just getting started with this great book. I am not reading it like a novel, and it is not so intended to be read. Fr. Quoist has a unique relationship with God and it is worth my time to get to know his writing. I like that he writes God's response to his prayers.

What a wonderful collection of prayers. These are encouraging and convicting in many ways. They help us look at our lives a little differently while we're here on this earth. I liked to read one prayer each day before I start my day.

I've owned this for years and love every prayer in it. Far from the rote and mind numbing prayers you could recite in your sleep, this book provokes you into seeing prayer as a way of life every day in every aspect.

I love MIchael Quoist! His prayers talk to my own experience in faith: my doubts, reluctances, failures, advances - the best and the worst, in a way that inspires me to keep walking. When I share the prayers with the youth, though, I usually edit them to make them shorter, more "straight to the point".

Anyone interested in the Korean War and the events that occurred during that critical period in the "Cold War", can see for themselves the difficult terrain UN forces had to deal with. Awesome.

Not what I expected. Thought it was a Korean War map. I should have looked more closely at the picture rather than the title.

I bought this to track where I had been in Korea and frame it. It had clear names and is pretty nice for the price I paid. It was also accurate. I am very happy with it.

I was in the military for a few years, and I have always wanted a map of the places that I have visit. Now, I'm looking for a "World Map"

Shows all of Korea, all the cities. I wish it was a little larger though - still all the cities can be seen/read. Also needs some kind of a way to quickly find the city you are looking for...like numbers down oneside and letters across the top with a booklet of all the cities and their coordinates but it doesn't come with that. Look great in this frame >>>> 24x36 Black Picture Frame - 1.25'' wide--- Hope this is helpful. The other side of it is all about the war but it's a pretty unorganized patchwork of details.

This book was recommended to me by a friend. After using and studying the i Ching for many years (and swearing by the Carol K Anthony books), I have found another worthy adjunct to my practice. It's highly insightful, not too wordy, and easy to use. I wish I would have had it years ago. I use it daily now.

I first used Riefler's I Ching in 1973 and misplaced it about 10 years ago. Since I have struggled with obscure interpretations including one that linked Taoism with Christianity, and missed the Taoist connection completely. Admittedly both approaches stem from a dualism where good and evil can be seen as oppositionary but I think the I Ching takes a postmodern view that sees the relationship between dark and night as complementary and oxymoronic in that they are interdependent, as we can't have one without the other.Fifty years later Riefler's interpretations is as pertinent as ever. I have had a wonderful return to a Vonnegutian reality determined by the fall of the sticks.

I really enjoyed this saltwater book. I like that it walks you through four different ways to set up a saltwater aquarium. The book also gives a bunch of different fish that do well in an aquarium. My favorite chapter was the cool crabs and shrimp you can keep. This book is by far the best I have seen on keeping a saltwater aquarium.

I like this book because it easy to follow and covers everything from setting up an aquarium to advice on stocking it. It has a large section on fish and invertebrate choices. I read this book after I bought my aquarium, but I wish I had seen it first, it would have saved me a lot of money. I would recommend it to anyone considering a salt water aquarium.

This book is excellent. I was interested in buying an aquarium, but it is a big investment and I wanted some advice. This book is a straightforward source of information. It took me through the entire process from planning where to put my aquarium, what to buy, how to set it up, and even has some information on maintaining it. The pictures are so helpful. I highly recommend this book to others.

I found this easy-to-read guide very informative! A must have if setting up saltwater no matter how much you know or think you know. Cant wait to start my transition from freshwater into saltwater with my fears and worries put to rest after reading this!

this book has good information, seems pretty up to date. When it's delivered in Kindle format, especially on a phone it tends to cut things is odd places for page breaks.
