I love Chihuly's work. I had the privilege of viewing it at the Denver Botanic Gardens last year and in Las Vegas. Now, I can enjoy it throughout the coming year with my new planner. Plenty of space to write all the meetings and events I attend.
Much better, brighter, and detailed than I anticipated! I shred my paper bills and pay everything online. Each year I get a new planner to record confirmation numbers etc when I pay my bills online. This shows each month at a glance and then weekly pages for daily details. The photos of Chihuly's work will not disappoint anyone! Bonus it has a back pocket on the inside cover and is a hard front/back cover. Spiral bound. Worth way more than what I paid for it.
This is the second year that I have purchased this planner. Beautiful Chihuly photos. Planner has both weekly and monthly pages. Most beautiful planner ever!
I love Chihuly and this colorful planner! There are beautiful photographs throughout. It has a pocket in the back.
The pictures of Mr. Chihuly's work are luscious and beautiful. Colors and shapes are outstanding. I hate to write my mundane activities in it. I was not expecting it to be both a hardback and paperback. I sent several of these to my friends and am getting rave reviews. These should be better advertised. I/we adore our weekly planners!
I saw one of this artist's hanging chandelier in the Palm Spring's museum and didn't know anything about him. It was jaw dropping! It was spectacular! I was so excited to find this calendar. I will be ordering one for next year. A remarkable artist!.
The images are breathtaking. The "by-the-month" section needs a bit more space for writing, so I will just supplement with some sticky notes. Could really use some lined pages for notes. The weekly pages are fine. Probably wouldn't buy it again, I think my needs for planners have changed. But I will very much enjoy it this year. He is such a glorious artist.
While the pictures inside are gorgeous-this is not as it appears in the photos on Amazon. The book/planner is hard sided-so that when you open it-there is a large heavy edge that sticks out. It makes it MUCH larger and heavier than the planners (think Sierra club) that I have bought in the past. This does not show clearly in the advertising. It appears to be only spiral bound (which is is-just inside a large heavy hardsided cover)I will keep it-but not buy one next year.
